When a transfer fails

You see exactly what to fix

Exports are checked before they're produced. Missing data creates a failed run that lists the problem rows, with a link to correct each one, and it stays at the top of the Integrations page until someone marks it resolved.

What finance and IT ask about integrations

Are these direct API connections?

No. Today every integration is file-based: you download a CSV from silentVIP and import it, or upload a roster file to us. We label them that way so there are no surprises.

Can you produce a format that isn't listed?

Yes, as project work. See pricing for how custom formats are charged.

What happens when an export fails?

You see which rows are missing data, with links to fix each one, and the failure stays at the top of the page until it's resolved.
