| Flight bookings | 6 × $22 | $132 |
| Hotel and rail bookings | 4 × $12 | $48 |

Assumptions
- silentVIP fees use the published structure: platform access × people traveling each month × 12, plus a fee per booking, plus a fee per change.
- 15% of bookings are assumed to need a change or cancellation.
- If fees in a month would be below the plan's monthly minimum, the minimum applies. The tool applies the minimum across the year (minimum × 12), so a very uneven year can cost slightly more.
- Airline and hotel prices are the same in every column. The tool compares fees only and never assumes fare savings.
- Time saved assumes 40% fewer internal admin hours, valued at your hourly cost. It's shown separately because it isn't money you get back.
- Implementation, project work and group travel aren't included. See the fee table above.
Contract terms are published too: the sample master services agreement, service levels and credits, sample order form and data processing addendum. Security answers are in the trust center.

How we're paid
One source of income: you
Clients pay our published fees. We don't take commissions from airlines or hotels. Where a preferred-partner hotel program adds benefits such as breakfast or upgrades, those benefits go to the traveler, and any program fee paid to us is disclosed on your invoice.
Tickets are issued under silentVIP's IATA accreditation (33661736) through our reservation system.
